Design Requests: Our skilled artisans can bring any vision to life, but we kindly ask that you avoid requesting designs that may offend or go against our brand values.
Non-Refundable Design Consultation: Please note that the Design Consultation fee is non-refundable as it covers the time spent on researching, sourcing materials, and designing your unique outfit.
Cancellations and Refunds: If you choose to cancel your purchase after placing an order, any refund provided will be minus the costs incurred from work already completed or supplies purchased.
Communication: We primarily communicate with customers through Instagram and email. It's important to provide accurate and up-to-date contact details to ensure effective communication regarding your order.
Sizing and Fit: Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements for the child. We provide size charts and guidelines to assist you, but we cannot be held responsible for ill-fitting outfits due to inaccurate measurements.
Payment and Dispatch: Your enchanted creation will be dispatched only upon receiving full payment. If you choose installment plans, please ensure consistent and timely payments through PayPal or designated bank accounts.

Variation in Final Product: Please note that slight variations may occur in the final product compared to the images on our website or promotional materials. Care Instructions: While we strive to create durable outfits, please handle them with care. Handwashing is recommended, but our heat-set paints allow machine-washing up to 30℃. To protect the outfit, wash it inside out in a delicate wash. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper care or washing.
